Girard-Perregaux ww.tc Chronograph White Ceramic Watch - Avant-Garde Look, Intrinsic Elegance

Oct 31, 2012
Girard-Perregaux unveils its new ww.tc Chronograph White Ceramic watch. Watch lovers are sure to appreciate the model’s utmost legibility and functionality.

The new Girard-Perregaux watch catches the glance by its distinctive contrasts. The white ceramic case,43 mm in diameter, incorporates black rubber push-buttons and crowns. The milk-white highly-legible dial is completed with dark counters. The face of the timepiece is shielded by a smoked sapphire glass.

The novelty is also characterized by remarkable functionality. Due to the “world times” function, it simultaneously displays all the time zones. In addition, it provides the date, the small seconds, the chronograph function with flyback and day/night indicator.

The heart of the timepiece is a self-winding mechanical movement - the Manufacture caliber GP3300-0028. The 63-jewel mechanism, beating at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour, is positioned inside a special protective titanium container, created by the brand’s engineers. It gives an advantage of a 46-hour power-reserve.

The sapphire crystal case-back reveals the movement’s fine finishing performed by hand in the best tradition of the Manufacture. One can admire the pearled mainplate, the bridges and the oscillating weight embellished with Geneva Stripes, and the blued steel screws.

The new Girard-Perregaux ww.tc Chronograph White Ceramic watch is coupled with a black rubber strap fitted with a titanium folding clasp. The timepiece is 100-meter water-resistant. It is a limited edition of just 20 pieces.
