Oris Williams F1 Team Day Date Automatic Watch - Unrivaled Functionality

Aug 25, 2010
Oris is extremely pleased to deliver its new Williams F1 Team Day Date Automatic men’s watch. The brand’s latest creation catches and holds the gaze with its busy dial, dressed in black and grey.

The display comprises two hour scales. The outer scale, designed in military style, is equipped with Arabic numerals ranging from 13 to 24.

The normal inner scale is marked with three oversized Arabic numbers at 9, 6 and 12 o’clock. A standard 60-second scale is moved to the bezel, manufactured from DLC-treated stainless steel.

At 3 o’clock, the dial of the new Oris watch features an arrow-shaped exhibition window, which indicates the current date and day of the week. Taking care of hours and minutes are white steel hands, outlined in black.

The progression of seconds is marked by a slender hand, performed in blue. All three hands are treated with luminous compound, which ensures a perfect level of visibility even in the most extreme low-light situations. Protecting the dial is a high-grade sapphire crystal.

The absolute precision of the new Oris Williams F1 Team Day Date Automatic watch is guaranteed by a self-winding Oris 735 caliber, which uses the Sellita SW 220 as its base. Incorporating 26 jewels, the movement runs at the rate of 28,800 vibrations per hours and offers a 38-hour power reserve.

The entire mechanism is enclosed in a two-piece DLC-coated stainless steel case, 44 mm in diameter. Its back side is outfitted with a sapphire crystal. The watch is water-resistant up to 100 meters.

The new Oris watch is secured to the wearer’s wrist on a black rubber strap with a tire tread pattern. It is enhanced with a black DLC-treated folding safety clasp.
