The design of the watch has been inspired by speedometers. It is predominated by black and silver shades. The black dial is framed by circles that will make you think of racing tracks. The bezel demonstrates a finely graduated tachometer scale as a way to hint at the importance of precision in the fields of top- level automobile sports and fine watchmaking.
The new Tissot watch provides precision timekeeping, being animated by an automatic chronograph movement - ETA C01.211. Besides conventional hours, minutes, and seconds, the movement offers the date, chronograph and tachometer functions.
The dial pleases the eye with its clarity. The 6-hour and 30-minute black or silvered sub-dials are positioned at 6 and 12 o’clock respectively. You will notice the small seconds counter at 9 o’clock. The date TV-screen-like window is found at 3 o’clock.
The case of the Veloci-T Gent watch is rendered in stainless steel and boasts 100-meter water-resistance. The face of the watch is protected by a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal. As for the case-back, it holds a nice surprise - there is a sapphire crystal window that allows to see the balance of the movement.
