Born from the dexterous fingers of
Hakose San, a genius artist who acted as a master dial maker for Van Cleef &Arpels, the new watches achieved the marriage of the austere purity of the Midnight case and matchless precision of the lacquer work.
The Midnight Extraordinary Japanese Lacquer watches borrowed their names from five traditional landscapes, including
Sakura and
Ryusui. These sceneries represent a source of ceaseless inspiration for the masters of lacquer craftsmanship.

Van Cleef and Arpels Charms is a delicate ladies' watch fascinating by its perfect elegance. The round 18K case demonstrates an Alhambra inspired guilloche dial and a majestic bezel set with several lines of diamonds.
The watch's peculiarity is a delightful charm dangling from the bezel. It is shaped as a diamond-set Alhambra motif. Fixed to the side of the case on a moving bezel, the four-leaf clover moves with the wearer's hand. Van Cleef and Arpels Charms is available with interchangeable colored straps, in leather or black satin equipped with 18K gold buckle.
The timepiece is equipped with a Swiss Quartz movement.
