A stunning addition to the brand’s Metiers d’Art collection, the new Vacheron Constantin watch captures attention with its black lacquered dial, embellished with a fish-and-plant motif. It utilizes Maki-e - the most sophisticated Japanese technique of lacquering, mastered by only a few craftsmen.
An opening in the center of the display permits the glance into fascinating workings of the hand-wound mechanical movement, graced with a haute horlogerie finishing. Among its elements there are two hands, indicating hours and minutes. The caliber operates at a frequency of 18.000 vibrations per hour and supplies a 31-hour power reserve.
The movement is housed in a 40mm white gold case. Its thickness is 7.5 mm. The water-resistance of the new Vacheron Constantin La Symbolique des Laques Edition 2011 Kame Kaeru Koi watch is assured down to 30 meters.
A black leather strap with a pin buckle rounds off the captivating design of the new Vacheron Constantin lady’s watch. Its issue is restricted to just 20 pieces.
