Feb 09, 2008
The Ulysse Nardin watchmaking company has recently introduced a new timepiece for men - the Savarona Maxi Marine Chronometer Limited Edition. The watch was developed exclusively for the Turkish Market.

The Savarona Maxi Marine Chronometer provides most reliable timekeeping as it is powered by officially certified self-winding movement.

The dial of the timepiece sports an oversized small seconds register, power reserve indicator, and a large date display positioned at 6 o'clock.

The elegantly-styled 43 mm case is provided with individual number. It is equipped with a screw down security crown and an anti-reflective sapphire crystal, as well as open case back with sapphire crystal.

The exhibition case back allows to see the movement that comprises a 22-K hand-engraved gold rotor that represents the Savarona Yacht. The watch boasts 200-meter water-resistance and 42-hour power reserve.

Ulysse Nardin developed the Savarona Maxi Marine Chronometer in a Limited Edition of just 99 pieces in 18K rose gold and 150 pieces in stainless steel.

The brand launched the watch during a specially-organized event on the Savarona Yacht. The watch bearing Number 01/99 was acquired on an auction for the amazing 100, 000.00 US dollars. The money was donated to a children charity school Tevitol.
