The Royal Blue Tourbillon's round-shaped platinum case, measuring 43 mm in diameter, is set with 128 baguette diamonds and 57 blue sapphire baguettes, each precious stone cut by a highly professional stone-cutter to make it ideally fit the case shape.
The platinum bracelet coupled with the watch is a masterpiece on its own, being set with 432 baguette diamonds and 176 blue sapphire baguettes.
The beauty of the timepiece is further revealed through the crown embellished with 8 baguette diamonds and 1 cabochon sapphire.

The outstanding mechanism has been created according the principles of James Pellaton, one of the most renowned watchmakers in Le Locle.
One more peculiarity of the movement is the invisible winding system. The movement is wound through a circular rack mechanism. When the movement is being wound, some mysterious force seems to be setting cogs and wheels in motion.
The 36-jewel movement gives an advantage of a 100-hour power reserve.
The case construction incorporates an anti-reflective sapphire crystal and an anti-reflective sapphire crystal case back. It is 30-meter water resistant.
The Ulysse Nardin timepiece is also available on an alligator leather strap fitted with a platinum folding buckle set with 16 diamonds and 16 sapphires.
The Ulysse Nardin Royal Blue Tourbillon will be available in a limited edition of only 30 pieces.
