Apr 12, 2011
At Baselworld 2011, the house of Tutima proudly unveiled its three new watches, named Grand Classic Black Chronograph PR, Grand Classic Reserve and Pacific Black. Designed in the classical style, all the models encapsulate the mastery of the brands watchmakers.

The new Tutima Grand Classic Black Chronograph PR watch is proposed with a 43mm case. It is rendered in hardened stainless steel with PVD coating. The model is offset by a bidirectional rotating bezel with a red marker. The case is assembled with a top convex sapphire crystal. Its bottom is also fitted with a sapphire glass. The water-resistance of the case is assured down to 10 bars.

The new Tutima Grand Classic Black Chronograph PR watch comes equipped with a black or strikingly red dial. It indicates central hours, minutes and seconds. Set within the dial are also 12-hour, 30-minute and 60-second counters. Moreover, the watch face offers a date indication at 3 oclock and a power reserve display.

Animating the functions is a modified self-winding Valjoux 7750 caliber movement. The model is accompanied by a matching leather strap, adorned with white stitching.

The new Tutima Grand Classic Reserve watch is available in a 43mm case, fashioned from stainless steel. On its front side it is armed with a convex quality sapphire crystal. It is held in place by a bidirectional rotating bezel with a red marker. The sapphire glass is also used for the back side of the model. The case can withstand water pressures down to 10 bars.

The new Tutima watch boasts a white dial, completed with blued hour, minute and sweep second hands as well as applied Arabic numerals. It also offers a date indication, counterbalanced by a power reserve display at 6 oclock.

The functions are driven by the brands proprietary self-winding ETA 2892-A2 movement. The timepiece is mounted on a stainless steel bracelet.

The third new model in the range is the Pacific Black watch. It employs a 43 mm stainless steel case. The model carries a unidirectional rotating bezel with a 60-minute diving scale. The bezel securely holds a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal. The case handles the depth of up to 20 bars.

Hidden inside the timepiece is a self-winding ETA 2836-2 movement. It brings to life the functions of hours, minutes, seconds, date and day. All the features are presented on a dark-toned dial.

The new Tutima Pacific Black watch is teamed with a stainless steel bracelet.
