The new Breitling watch sports a black dial completed with white indications. This peculiarity has long been featured by the best instruments for pilots, including the brand’s first onboard chronographs born in the 1930s, the legendary Navitimer born in 1952, not to mention a variety of models honoring skyborne heroes.
The satin-brushed steel case, 46mm in diameter, is coupled with a steel mesh bracelet. The case-construction is 100-meter water-resistant. A convex sapphire crystal, glareproofed on both sides, shields the face.
The great advantage of the Transocean Unitime Pilot watch is that its worldtime system is fully adjustable with help of the crown. With one smooth move of the crown you can correct all indications, along with the date, forwards or backwards. This advantage makes it a fine timekeeping companion for all those often juggling through timezones around the world.
The model accommodates a high-performance automatic chronograph movement - Manufacture Breitling Caliber B05. Chronometer-certified by the COSC (Swiss Official Chronometer Testing Institute), it guarantees supreme precision and reliability. Operating at a high-frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour, the 56-jewel mechanism offers more than 70 hours of power reserve.
The new Breitling Transocean Unitime Pilot watch has been created in a few variations. There is a model with a midnight blue dial, a polished 18K red gold case, and a 1,000-piece limited edition model featuring a black steel case and bracelet.
