Breitling Transocean Chronograph GMT Watch - Highly Functional Device for Travelers

May 22, 2013
Breitling is pleased to unveil its new Transocean Chronograph GMT watch. The novelty represents a travel watch characterized by supreme user-friendliness. It is presented in a steel or red gold version, limited to 2,000 and 200 pieces respectively.

The new Breitling watch features an elegant silver or black guilloche dial. It is graced with applied hour-markers, finely recessed counters and an 18K gold B initial continuously used as the brand symbol.

The elegantly understated case of the new Breitling watch measures 43 mm in diameter. It incorporates a beveled bezel and slender lugs.

The see-through case-back allows to drop a glance at a Manufacture self-winding chronograph movement - Breitling Caliber B04. The movement has been developed and produced independently within the workshops of the brand. It provides an innovative second timezone function due to a patented mechanism. As all Breitling movements, Breitling Caliber B04 is chronometer-certified by the COSC (Swiss Official Chronometer Testing Institute).

To adjust the watch to the time and date of the new timezone, the watch wearer simply pulls out the crown and turns it forward or backward in one-hour increments. The watch continues to provide a 24-hour home-time indication, maintaining supreme precision in terms of the minutes.

The new Breitling Transocean Chronograph GMT watch is teamed with a Barenia leather strap, a crocodile leather strap or an Ocean Classic steel mesh or only steel bracelet.
