Meet New Tissot Tradition Watch

Mar 30, 2011
Tissot is pleased to unveil its new Tradition watch.

The novelty demonstrates an ever-appealing classic look and is animated by the brand’s all new G15.561 quartz movement. It is the first Tissot timepiece to boast an analogue perpetual calendar. The mechanism automatically takes account of leap years, so its owner won’t have to make any adjustments throughout the 21st century.

The new Tissot watch offers the following functions: hours, minutes, seconds and the perpetual calendar with the month, day and date.

The gently curved case of the Tissot watch is rendered in stainless steel. The face of the watch is shielded by a scratch-resistant convex sapphire crystal. The timepiece is 30-meter water-resistant.

The silver, anthracite or black dial has acquired supreme elegance due to a fine Clous-de-Paris guilloche finish.

The small seconds are featured at 6 o’clock, the day display at 2 o’clock, the month display at 10 o’clock and the date hand is found between 3 and 9 o’clock.

The new Tissot Tradition watch is presented on a brown or black leather strap or a stainless steel bracelet fitted with a safety folding clasp. The elegant timepiece is a nice embodiment of the brand’s highly-valued tradition of innovation.
