The watchmaking scene is delighted to welcome a new Torre Del Greco model, manufactured by the brand of Garucci. Featured in three color variations, the timepiece is reserved specially for left-handers.
The new Garucci watch has borrowed its name from the renowned coral jewellery city of Naples. The real draw of the model is its dial, which represents a mesmerizing blend of black and shining coral red, intense yellow or reserved white.
The display comprises four Arabic numerals. Positioned at 3, 6, 9 and 12 o’clock and dressed in the aforementioned colors, they stand out against a dark background.
The numbers alternate with stick-shaped hour-markers, performed in the same ovetone. Keeping pace of hours and minutes are centralized transparent hands. The dial is enhanced by two additional counters, outlined in black.
The periphery of the display is also marked with Arabic numerals and four initial letters, which stand for the parts of the world that is North, East, West and South. A particular highlight of the new Torre Del Greco watch is surely a circular aperture, which provides a stunning vision of a self-winding Miyota 82S7 calibre movement.
This mechanism seats inside a stainless steel case, which measures 53 mm in diameter. It is equipped with angular lugs, which contribute to the unmistakable masculine appeal of the model.
The chief attribute of the case is a laterally reversed crown, which enables any left-hander or right-wearer to easily set the time. The water-resistance of the timepiece is assured down to 5 atm.
Characterized by high-precision, the new Garucci men’s watch is coupled with a genuine leather strap, which boasts an interspersed hole pattern and contrasting stitching. The strap terminates in folding clasp, crafted from stainless steel.
