Tiffany Atlas Gent Square Chronograph Watch - Elegant and Masculine

Jun 23, 2011
The house of Tiffany has proudly brought forth its new Atlas Gent Square Chronograph men’s watch.

Resolutely modern, elegant and profoundly masculine, the new Tiffany watch is delivered in a 40mm red gold case. It carries a bezel, demonstrating six matt incisions. The internal perimeter of the case is embellished with a brown Clous de Paris patterned rubber.

The same material adorns a red gold crown and rectangular chronograph pushers at 2 and 4 o’clock. The model is also fitted with a transparent case back, which offers the public a chance to discover amazing details of the world’s finest self-winding movement - Frederic Piguet calibre 1285. Especially mesmerizing is a Tiffany decoration on the rotor.

The caliber brings to life features, immediate and clear on the brown dial. Completed with oversized Roman numerals and distinctive hour-markers in polished red gold, it depicts the “Tiffany T” tapisserie in the center.

The display of the new Tiffany Atlas Gent Square Chronograph watch indicates central hours and minutes by means of polished red gold Dauphine hands, inlaid with Superluminova compound.

The small seconds tick away in a square counter at 9 o’clock. The 30-minute sub-dial sits at 3 o’clock. The counters are joined by a 12-hour recorder at 6 o’clock. The chronograph function is also presented through a central seconds hand. The date appears in the aperture between 4 and 5 o’clock. Protecting the dial is a glare-proofed sapphire crystal.

The new Tiffany watch is worn on a brown alligator leather strap. The audience can also enjoy a yellow gold interpretation with ivory-colored rubber particulars and a beige alligator leather strap.
