Louis Vuitton is pleased to unveil its unique timepiece created specially for Only Watch 2011. The Tambour Diver Chronograph watch has been designed in cooperation with Paul Pettavino, a 13-year-old boy who suffers from Duchenne muscular dystrophy and is the son of Luc Pettavino, President of the Monegasque Association against Muscular Dystrophies. The new Louis Vuitton watch catches the glance by its bright orange color that happens to be Paul’s favorite one. The case of the watch is rendered in white gold with black PVD-coating. It incorporates a rotating bezel featuring orange numbers and indexes.
As for the black dial, it is completed with round orange indexes, skeleton hour and minute hands with orange tips, an orange minute hand. You will also see the date via a 3 o’clock window and the chronograph sub-dials.
The see-through case-back allows to drop a glance at the heart of the new Louis Vuitton watch – an automatic LJP 8181. The timepiece is 100-meter water-resistant.
The Louis Vuitton Tambour Diver Chronograph watch is presented on an orange rubber strap.
