Tag Heuer, having cooperated with Modelabs, launches the new Meridiist luxury phone. The gadget has been Swiss engineered and hand assembled from 430 components. The Meridiist is wrapped in different materials ranging from crocodile to leather or rubber.
The stylish case crafted from corrosion-resistant, watchmaking 316L steel has acquired the distinctive craftsmanship of fine Swiss watches. With unscratchable 60.5 carats sapphire crystal dual displays, the main 1.9-inch screen offers QVGA resolution. The secondary monochrome OLED screen on the front end houses an independent time unit.

The novel

The movement has also received a C.O.S.C chronometer certificate.

TAG Heuer has opened the doors of a new, ultramodern boutique in
Westfield shopping center in London.
The new TAG Heuer boutique covers the space of
120 square meters. Its interior has been inspired by TAG Heuer 360 Museum in Switzerland. Visitors of the boutique will be delighted by
sophisticated lighting systems and
interactive technologies used by the brand to provide the customers with a profound understanding of the TAG Heuer history and timekeeping products.
The boutique fascinates its visitors with a welcoming environment and contemporary luxury created while using rich leather materials and exotic hardwoods, along with marble, flickering metal and glass.
Carbondale, the Swiss firm that worked out the concept of
TAG Heuer 360 Museum, has created the boutique design.
The boutique's visitors will see on display not only
TAG Heuer watches, but also a range of other highly demanded luxury accessories developed by the brand, including the recently released
MERIDIIST phone.
TAG Heuer has strong intention to build similar boutiques in several other premier locations. The next boutique of the brand will be constructed in
Singapore. At the moment, the brand boasts 73 boutiques in 23 countries around the world.

TAG Heuer British Formula 1 Drivers photography exhibition. The event paid tribute to the period of close collaboration between the watchmaking brand and the drivers from the 1950's to the present day.
