To mark the 55th anniversary of the
Porsche Club of America (PCA), the prominent watchmaker
TAG Heuer has released its appealing
Monaco watch, strictly limited to
55 pieces.
PCA has willingly entered into the partnership with Tag Heuer to create this horological marvel, which has a rich racing history behind. It dates back to 1969, when the watch company pledged its support to
Jo Siffert, the Swiss racecar legend.
The eye-catching automatic timepiece reveals its exceptional character, acquired due to an
alluring dial, featuring red and black rally stripes and the racing number “55”, as well as thanks to the PCA’s logo engraved on the back.

Baselworld 2009, in addition to the
Monaco 1969 Original Re-Edition Chronograph watch and the
Monaco Twenty Four Concept Chronograph,
TAG Heuer has presented two more boldly designed models to join the highly successful Monaco collection and commemorate the 40th anniversary of the iconic Monaco watch.
To pay tribute to TAG Heuer’s continuous partnership with
Gulf Oil, an icon of motor-racing, TAG Heuer has created a limited edition timepiece named the
Monaco Calibre 12 Chronograph Gulf Limited Edition. The timepiece, to be available in a
limited number of 5000 pieces, is destined for avid watch collectors and fans of racing.
The
case of the TAG Heuer watch measures 39mm in diameter. The case construction incorporates an anti-reflective sapphire crystal front and back.

In September 2010,
TAG Heuer and
Parsons The New School for Design joined efforts on a unique project - the “
Art of Watchmaking”. Parsons product design students open up their creative talents working on the reinterpretation of a TAG Heuer legendary watch - the
Monaco Automatic Chronograph, while studying Haute Horology.
At the start of the competition, the 26 junior-level Parsons students were given a comprehensive overview of the Monaco. The iconic timepiece was born in 1969, having introduced fresh codes of watch design and engineering. Its waterproof square case accommodated the world’s first self-winding automatic chronograph movement.
The students were divided into eight groups. Their task was to create their own interpretations of the Monaco. They were free to choose the materials, the dial color and design, sub-dials, hands, indexes and folding buckle. They had to maintain the signature shape of the case with its clean, geometric lines.

manually-wound mechanical calibre 360 movement, executed entirely in the brand’s workshops. The movement is equipped with two escapement mechanisms, which allow it to function at the rate of 28,800 vibrations per hour in normal conditions, accelerating afterwards to the
amazing rate of 360,000 vibrations per hour in the chronograph mode.
The Pink Gold Carrera Cal 360 watch is decked out in

At Baselworld 2011, the timepiece maker
Tag Heuer unveiled its
new Monza Chronograph watch, which brings together the brand’s golden age and the design of the 1970s.
Offered in a limited edition of
1911 pieces, the new Tag Heuer watch is set in a
38 mm case. It is rendered in
polished and fine-brushed stainless steel.
At 3 o’clock, the case features a polished vintage winding crown. The front side of the model is covered by a curved scratch-resistant sapphire crystal. It is coated with internal and external glare-proofed treatment, which ensures a perfect level of readability. The same glass is used for the screwed case-back.
The
new Tag Heuer Monza Chronograph watch is complimented by a white dial. It is equipped with yellow luminescent Arabic numerals. The blue hour and minute hands are fitted with luminous markers.

With Jack Heuer celebrating his 80th birthday in 2012,
TAG Heuer is pleased to present its
Carrera Jack Heuer 80th Birthday watch.
Jack Heuer is famous as the grandson of the company’s founder and Heuer CEO till its sale in 1982.
The new TAG Heuer watch features a
metallic silver dial with a sun-burst pattern. It shows the time with help of applied hour-markers and silver hands. The dial has a two-register chronograph lay-out, with dark grey sub-dials. Their radial pattern was borrowed from the vintage Carrera models.
You will notice the bright red “Heuer” logo, red chronograph hand and two sub-dial hands with red tips. The tachymeter scale sports a red “80″ hinting at the anniversary.

TAG Heuer has joined efforts with British men's wear designer
Hackett London on the creation of two customized timepieces under the Hackett name - the
Tag Heuer Carrera Chronograph "Hackett" and the
Tag Heuer Carrera Watch "Hackett". The models will be available in a limited edition of 100 pieces each starting with November 2010.

The new Tag Heuer watch is set in a
43mm steel case. Square in shape, it portrays the brand’s acclaimed

Ticking inside the case is a
