The designs of the new TAG Heuer watches have been inspired by the Carrera, TAG Heuer's iconic model that enjoys timeless popularity. The Swiss watchmaker's designers have used 'cornflower blue' color, Hackett's favorite, featured on the watches’ dials and the stitching embellishing the straps. You will often see this color used throughout Hackett's collection, including cufflinks, shirting and tweeds.
The Hackett watches have cases crafted in stainless steel and high-readability black dials. The 3-hand model features a Hackett "H" that substituted the 12 o'clock marker. The hour and minute hands of both models are luminescent and have diamond shaped edges.
The case construction of the Chronograph incorporates a fixed bezel with the tachymeter scale, and the Watch incorporates a polished bezel. The fluted crown is remarkably easy-to-grip.
The dial is protected by a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal that allows to drop a glance at the movement. The case back shows an engraving of the individual number.
The Chronograph is equipped with the Caliber 16 automatic chronograph movement, while the Watch accommodates Caliber 5 automatic movement.
The TAG Heuer for Hackett watches are presented on a calfskin strap fitted with a solid folding clasp with safety pushbuttons.
