Dec 16, 2010
The watchmaking house of Doxa is pleased to announce its impressive SUB4000T watch, a new interpretation of its classic diver’s watch.

The model is featured in two versions - Professional and Sharkhunter. Setting them apart is a color of the dial. The Doxa Proffesional reveals an orange face, while the Sharkhunter’s dial is dressed in black.

The display of the new Doxa watch exposes black and white hour-markers, joined by a minute graduation, printed in black. Gliding over them are black and white hour and minutes hands. They are supported by a slim black seconds hand, fitted with a rectangular black and white insert.

The dial is also completed with a power reserve indicator, featured at 7 o’clock. The date, meanwhile, is indicated in the exhibition window at 3 o’clock. The upper part of the watch face sports the brand’s name allied with the word “Automatic”. It is counterweighted by the model’s name, presented in the lower part of the dial.

The new SUB4000T watch is topped by a stainless steel bezel, marked with Arabic numerals. The bezel is incorporated into a powerful case, manufactured from the same material. It features the dimensions of 47 mm x 16 mm: diameter and thickness indicated respectively.

On its top the case is armed with a high-grade sapphire crystal. It is fitted with a time-setting crown, located at 3 o’clock. Ticking inside the case is a Swiss-made automatic movement- ETA 2897.

The strong character of the new Doxa watch is further enhanced by a stainless steel bracelet.
