Brimming with energy, the Archimede watch has adopted a round-shaped stainless steel case, which demonstrates a finely brushed surface. It measures 41.5 mm in diameter and is 12 mm high.
The case is equipped with an average-size screw-down crown, embossed with Archimede’s logo. It is found at 4 o’clock.
The brand’s craftsmen have also fitted the timekeeper with a solid stainless steel case-back. The water-resistance of the watch is assured down to 300 meters.
The Archimede watch is framed by a stainless steel unidirectional rotating bezel, endowed with a standard 60-minute scale. The bezel securely holds a high-grade sapphire crystal. The eye-catching dial is dressed in blue or white.
The blue interpretation is marked with alternating white indices and orange Arabic numerals, tipped with a coat of Superluminova, which ensures great visibility in poor light conditions. Gliding across this display are steel hands, also treated with Superluminova coating.
The second dial version features black Superluminova-applied indices and Arabic numerals, proudly standing out against a white background. Pointing to the hours, minutes and seconds are Supereluminova-inlaid steel hands.
The Archimede SportTaucher 300M Automatic watch utilizes a robust self-winding ETA 2824-2 movement. Encrusted with 25 jewels, it oscillates at the rate of the 28,800 vibrations per hour and boasts a 38-hour power reserve.
Alongside with indicating hours, minutes and seconds, it serves to animate the additional function of date, which appears in an exhibition window at 4 o’clock.
The new Archimede watch comes fitted with a rubber or a shark leather strap. Alternatively, it can be mounted on a stainless steel bracelet.
The watch will definitely attract diving enthusiasts who need a reliable timekeeping object during their underwater traveling.
