Seven Seas Mermaid Watch from Cimier

Jan 18, 2010
The watchmaking house Cimier has enriched its sought-after Seven Seas lineup with a new feminine watch. Spectacular as it is, the Seven Seas Mermaid watch at the same time affirms its character in a sportive style.

At the heart of this horological novelty from Cimier beats a Quartz Ronda 5030.D movement. It provides the basic functions of hours, minutes and seconds. Additional functions include the date, chronograph, as well as that of the second time zone.

The Cimier watch features a polished steel case. It is fitted with a steel or black rotating bezel, adorned with steel beads, zircons or diamonds. The case is armed with a sapphire crystal, anti-reflective on one of its sides.

The dial of the new Cimier watch is dressed in white, black, pale blue, pink or black/orange. It is completed with a date aperture and an hour sub-dial, located at 6 oclock. They are kept company by minute and small seconds counters, positioned at 9 and 3 oclock correspondingly.

The Cimier Seven Seas Mermaid watch, reviewed by Watches.InfoNIAC.com, is mounted on a calfskin strap, embellished with crocodile patterns and fitted with a folding clasp. Its water-resistance is down to 50 meters.
