Hermes Sertie Neige Watch - Diamond Snowflakes

Nov 01, 2010
The house of Hermes is extremely pleased to introduce its dazzling Sertie Neige watch, specially reserved for refined women.

This marvelous creation draws and holds the eye with its incredible dial, enhanced by the subtle interplay of gorgeous diamonds. The artfully performed non-symmetrical setting brings to mind the snowflakes, softly falling down to cover the ground.

The display of the new Hermes watch is liberated from any unnecessary artifice not to distract attention from the jewel-studded background.

The time, indicated on its surface, is reduced to the essentials: hours and minutes. Pointing to them are noble centralized hands. The upper part of the display features the brand’s logo. Protecting the dial is a high-grade sapphire crystal.

The new Sertie Neige watch is available with an 18k gold case, designed in the company’s iconic Cape Cod style. Tonneau-shaped, it features the dimensions of 30 mm x 33 mm, width and height indicated respectively. The case further elevates the impression of “heavy snowing”. Also dressed in sparkling diamonds, it tenderly embraces the dial, producing an incredible effect of a single whole.

In order to create this piece of art, the company’s esteemed artisans thoroughly selected over 1,100 diamonds, with respect to their cut, color and clarity. It is a tough assignment, which usually demands more time than manufacturing a complicated timepiece.

Ticking inside this timekeeping companion is a Swiss-made quartz movement. The audience can also enjoy a mechanical tourbillon version with the brand’s proprietary caliber H 8930 movement.

Accentuating the exquisite character of the new Hermes lady’s watch is a black alligator leather strap. The issue of this extraordinary model is based upon the number of orders.
