The new Girard-Perregaux watch has been created as a genuine diving instrument. The 44mm steel case of the watch has been developed and manufactured independently in-house. It is built with a unidirectional rotating bezel that allows comfortable calculating of dive times. One more important feature is the watch’s helium valve responsible for decompressing the timepiece after deep dives. The case construction also incorporates a screw-down crown and case-back. It boasts 1,000-meter water-resistance.

The deep blue dial pleases the glance by its clarity. The 6 o’clock sub-dial is for the power-reserve indication. It demonstrates a map of the world symbolizing the oceans. The small seconds sub-dial is positioned at 11 o’clock, while the date window is found at 1 o’clock.

The Girard-Perregaux Sea Hawk Pro 1000m “Big Blue” watch is secured to the wrist on a rubber strap, created in the blue color finely matching the dial and fitted with a steel safety folding clasp.
The timepiece will be limited to just 15 pieces available at the price of $ 10,900. The brand will donate part of the proceeds from its sales to support the Rockefellers’ conservation efforts.
