The heart of the first Lionel Ladoire watch is a Swiss automatic movement with micro-rotors. It was conceived in cooperation with skilled outside partners.
The Roller Guardian Time stands out from the crowd as it features just one traditional moving hand for the GMT function, with a quick corrector positioned at 2 o’clock. The hours, minutes and seconds hands are actually fixed in place - they indicate the time with help of special disks that rotate on ceramic ball bearings, requiring no lubrication. One more distinctive detail of the complicated watch is the crown found at 8 o’clock.
Lionel Ladoire annually produces a limited number of just 50 watches.
It is interesting to mention that Lionel Ladoire is not only a talented watchmaker but also a surfer and a rock drummer.
