Roger Dubuis Watches with Irresistible Sporty Appeal

Feb 05, 2008
The first ever Roger Dubuis Sports Activity Watch (SAW) was released in 2004. In 2007, the company has added new models to this successful line of sports watches.

The SAW movement RD78 is created to correspond to the highest technical and aesthetic standards. The watch's bezel and pushers are provided with rubber inserts that add a sporty yet refined touch to the rose gold case of the chronograph model. The rubber strap features 'RD' logo. It is fixed to the case with help of the triple lugs, a distinctive feature of the brand.

In the heart of the timepiece there beats a mechanical self-winding chronograph movement, crowned by most prestigious Poincon de Geneve quality hallmark. The dial of the Roger Dubuis watch spotlights a seconds counter positioned at 9 o'clock and a semi-instantaneous 45-minute counter found at 3 o'clock.

The brand's watchmakers have also created the steel version of the SAW movement RD78, having issued the model in limited edition of 28 pieces, being faithful to the company's exclusivity principle. The timepiece offers 42-hour power reserve.

The SAW movement RD14 features a unique combination of different materials - the watch's bezel and crown display rubber inserts, united with the refined diamond setting. As a result there appeared an elegant ladies' watch with a slight sporty touch.

The Roger Dubuis watch is driven by a mechanical self-winding movement, the reliability of which is guaranteed by the Poincon de Geneve quality hallmark. The seconds sub-dial is placed at 6 o'clock. The model is available in the choice between a steel and rose gold version. The timepiece provides a 48-hour power-reserve.
