Revue Thommen Airspeed XLarge Chronograph Watch - Unrivaled Legibility

Mar 10, 2011
Revue Thommen is pleased to unveil its new Airspeed XLarge Chronograph watch, which stands out due to its unrivaled legibility.

The new Revue Thommen watch catches and holds the gaze with its black and white exterior, accented with hints of red.

The novelty is proposed with a 43.50 mm round-shaped case, crafted from black PVD-treated stainless steel. It is offset by a bezel, produced from the same material.

The front part of the case is protected by a glare-proofed sapphire crystal. The back side of the model is transparent. The timepiece is built to be 100-meter water-resistant.

Housed in the case is a black dial. It is completed with white Arabic numerals and a minute track. Circulating serenely over them are hour and minute hands. Crafted from steel, the hands are highlighted with white Superluminova. They are joined by a chronograph seconds hand.

The display of the new Revue Thommen Airspeed XLarge Chronograph watch also comprises 12-hour, small second and 30-minute counters, positioned at 3, 6 and 9 oclock respectively. The date and day information is offered in an impressive aperture at 3 oclock.

Driving these functions is a Swiss made self-winding ETA Valjoux 7750 movement. Paved with 25 jewels, it beats to the rhythm of 28,800 vibrations per hour and provides a 48-hour power reserve.

A black rubber strap completes the features of the new Revue Thommen watch.
