Raymond Weil Freelancer Ladies’ Chronograph

May 19, 2009
The Raymond Weil Freelancer collection has been joined by a new elegant chronograph for ladies. The timepiece has harmoniously blended original design and mechanical sophistication and is sure to easily win the hearts of modern women.

The Raymond Weil Freelancer Ladies’ Chronograph is created in delicate, ultra-feminine tones.

The iridescent mother-of-pearl dial of the watch demonstrates three refined sub-dials in white mother-of-pearl - 12-hour counter at 6 o’clock, 30-minute counter at 12 o’clock and 60-second counter at 9 o’clock.

The dial is completed with polished and nickelled indexes in relief accentuated with white luminescent highlights. The hour and minute baton-shaped diamond-tipped hands are also provided with luminescent highlights. The day- and date-windows are found at 3 o’clock.

The multi-tone dial is shielded by a sapphire crystal provided with double-sided anti-glare treatment.

The case of the Raymond Weil Freelancer watch is crafted in brushed and polished steel and measures 42mm in diameter. The case and the bezel are studded with diamonds, selected for their outstanding purity. The case is adorned with 169 diamonds, while the bezel sparkles with 66 diamonds.

The timepiece
accommodates a self-winding mechanical movement beating at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour. The movement gives an advantage of a 46-hour power-reserve. The movement with its circular-graining decoration may be admired through a sapphire crystal case-back. The timepiece is 100-meter water-resistant.

There are two push-pieces for the chronograph function operation. The push-piece at 2 o’clock is used to start, stop and re-start the chronograph, while the push-piece at 4 o’clock is used to reset it. To change the day and date, it is necessary to use the winding crown at 3 o’clock.

The Raymond Weil watch Freelancer Ladies’ Chronograph embraces the wrist with a full-skin crocodile strap featuring saddle-stitching and fitted with a folding clasp with double push-piece security.

The new Raymond Weil Freelancer watch for ladies will make ladies fall in love with watchmaking sophistication.
