Hamilton RailRoad Automatic Chronograph Watch - Peerless Functionality and Elegant Design

Aug 26, 2010
The watchmaking house of Hamilton is delighted to bring forth the RailRoad Automatic Chronograph watch, the largest member of the new RailRoad collection.

Resolutely modern and profoundly masculine, the novel watch is proposed with a 46 mm case, round in shape. It is clothed in black PVD-treated stainless steel.

The new Hamilton watch incorporates a bezel, crafted from the same material. On its front side the case is armed with a sapphire crystal.

The sapphire crystal also protects the black dial with dark-grey printing. It is equipped with Arabic numerals and black steel hands, indicating hours, minutes and seconds.

Ticking inside the new RailRoad Automatic Chronograph watch is a self-winding ETA Valgranges A07.211 movement, which measures 36.66 mm in diameter and is 7.90 mm high.

It operates at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour and provides a 46-hour power reserve.

The movement incorporates the chronograph complication. It also drives the date indication, offered in an aperture at 3 oclock.

The new Hamilton watch is teamed with a black leather strap, adorned with white stitching. Its water-resistance is assured down to 100 meters.

Carefully thought out down to the last detail, the watch will appeal to those who appreciate peerless functionality allied with elegant design.
