The Radiomir 8 Days Ceramica 45 mm watch is animated by the Panerai hand-wound P.2002/3 calibre that gives an advantage of an eight-day power reserve. The 225-component, 21-jewel movement, beating at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour, incorporates three spring barrels and offers a linear power reserve indicator on the dial. It also provides the date function via a small window at 3 o’clock.
One more peculiarity of the movement is the device that allows rapid adjustment of the hour hand, with no impact on the movement of the minute hand.
The cushion-shaped 45 mm case and the sandwich-construction of the Panerai watch stand out from the crowd due to their absolutely black appearance. The case is coupled with a buffalo leather strap fitted with a titanium buckle provided with DLC (diamond-like carbon) coating. The case-back reveals a smoked sapphire crystal window that allows to drop a glance at the movement.
All the dial details are covered with a special ecru Super-LumiNova substance for perfect legibility in the dark, including the big numerals and hour markers, the hands and the small-seconds sub-dial at 9 o’clock, the date window and the power reserve indicator.
The Panerai Radiomir 8 Days Ceramica 45 mm watch joins the brand’s Historic Collection. The model is 100-meter water-resistant.
