Alongside with the technological perfection, the design of the new Piaget watch is distinguished by classical elegance. Its 18-carat white gold case measures 38mm in diameter. The top of the case is protected by a sapphire crystal. The same glass is used for the case-back.
Both glasses permit a full appreciation of the in-house manufactured ultra-thin automatic 1200S movement. It is skeletonized, polished and satinized by hand. One of its focal points is the matte black-coated platinum micro-rotor, which weight constitutes just 2 grams. Another point of attraction is a beveled edging on the bridges.
The new Piaget Altiplano Skeleton Ultra-Thin Automatic watch indicates hours and minutes by means of black Dauphine hands. They produce a contrast with a light-toned caliber, ensuring a high level of visibility.
The new Piaget watch is coupled with a black alligator leather strap.
