The house of Pequignet gladly offers its new Rue Royale men’s watch, pulsating with elegance and distinction.
The new Pequignet watch is interpreted in a round-shaped 5N18 red gold case with polished steel finish. It measures 42mm in diameter. The top of the case is protected by a glare-proofed sapphire crystal. The sapphire glass is also used for its bottom, safely fastened by 6 screws. The water-resistance of the case is assured down to 50 meters.
The model is designed around a self-winding caliber Royal movement. It operates at a frequency of 21.600 vibrations per hour. The mechanism ensures a 100-hour power reserve, restricted to 88 hours, while displayed on a power reserve indicator are just 72 hours of guaranteed isochronism.
The caliber incorporates a snailed and circular-grained main plate and bridges, graced with Cotes de Geneve finish. Integrated within the movement is also an oscillating weight with sunray finish and rhodium plating.
The new Pequignet Rue Royale watch comes equipped with a sooty black dial. It is completed with Baton-shaped indexes and Arabic numerals. The display features a chapter ring and logo in 5N18 red gold applique, inlaid with luminous compound.
The dial tells central hours and minutes by means of Dauphine gilt hands, also highlighted by luminous substance. Taking care of small seconds is a large counter between 3 and 5 o’clock. The space between 8 and 9 o’clock is offered for a power reserve indicator. The moon-phase display is featured at 6 o’clock. Responsible for day and date indications are exhibition windows at 12 o’clock.
Keeping the new Pequignet watch secured to the wearer’s wrist is a black large-scaled alligator leather strap. It joins to a beaded ardillon buckle with Fleur-de-Lys in relief.
