This year, Cartier unveils its new stunning timekeeping creation, an original interpretation of the great Cartier classic - the Pasha de Cartier Skeleton Flying Tourbillon watch.
The new Cartier watch is animated by the Calibre 9457 MC. The manual-winding movement incorporates 175 parts and 19 jewels. Operating at a frequency of 21,600 vibrations per hour, it offers 50 hours of power reserve.
The movement is constructed with a specially elaborated flying tourbillon escapement. For the first time, the Cartier watchmakers created the bridges in the shape of Arabic numerals, one of the characteristic features of the Pasha de Cartier.

The time is indicated by diamond-shaped hands in blued steel.
The case, measuring 42 mm in diameter, is sculptured in 18K white gold. The fluted crown is topped by a sapphire cabochon. The Pasha de Cartier watch demonstrates the movement, with transparency contrasting with powerful design elements, including hand-performed finishes - bevelled bridges, satin-brushed sides and circular-grained wheels. The precision of the movement is crowned by the prestigious Geneva Seal.
The Pasha de Cartier Skeleton Flying Tourbillon watch will be available in a limited number of 100 pieces.
The timepiece is 30-meter water-resistant. It is presented on a black alligator skin strap fitted with a double adjustable folding clasp in white gold.
