Offered in a limited series of 1948 pieces, the new Omega watch boasts a 39mm polished and brushed stainless steel case with a polished bezel and lugs. At 3 o’clock it features a winding crown, marked with the vintage Ω logo.
The back side of the model reveals a yellow gold medallion, which bears the London 2012 Olympic Games logo. The waster-resistance of the case is assured down to 120 meters.
The new Omega Seamaster 1948 Co-Axial London 2012 Limited Edition watch is adorned with an opaline silver dial. It is fitted with the applied white gold vintage Omega logo as well as Arabic numerals and hour-markers created from the same material.
The display offers central hours and minutes, indicated by diamond-polished hands. Taking care of small seconds is the blue hand, presented in a counter at 6 o’clock.
Animating the functions is an exclusive Omega caliber 2202 movement. Officially certified as a chronometer, it is equipped with a Co-Axial escapement on three-levels and free sprung-balance.
The new Omega watch is coupled with a black leather strap, which joins to a vintage polished stainless steel buckle.
