The new Omega watch immediately catches the eye with its deliciously looking, chocolate dial. It is embellished with a swirling brown motif, born in the center. The display demonstrates 11 scintillating diamonds, serving as hour-markers. Each jewel is set in an exquisite pink-gold frame. The index at 3 o’clock gives way to a date aperture. It is a complimentary function to central hours, minutes and seconds.
The face of the new Omega Ladymatic watch is covered by a domed scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with double-sided glare-proofed coating. It is held in place by an elegant bezel, sprinkled with a myriad of diamonds.
The bezel in incorporated into the architecture of a 34-mm polished 18-carat red gold case. At 3 o’clock, it features a polished screw-in crown with a brilliant Omega-cut diamond. Beneath the outer decorative wave the case conceals a brown ceramic ring. The inner case body, meanwhile, is made of titanium.
Hidden inside the model is an in-house Omega Co-Axial calibre 8521 movement, adorned with Geneva waves. It is endowed with an exclusive Si 14 silicon balance spring, which increases the timekeeper’s level of resistance to external shocks and disturbances. The mechanism supplies a 50-hour power reserve. Its fascinating details can be admired through the transparent case-back.
