The new Omega watch employs a round-shaped 41mm case. It is rendered in stainless steel, yellow or red gold with brushed surfaces. The case is also equipped with an impressive winding crown at 3 o’clock and chronograph push-pieces at 2 and 4 o’clock.
The imposing architecture of the case protects an exclusive in-house manufactured automatic movement - calibre 3313. Officially certified as a chronometer, it is endowed with the brand’s cutting edge Co-Axial escapement technology as well as a column-wheel system, which ensures matchless accuracy of chrono operations.
The caliber supplies a 52-hour power reserve, when the watch is not worn. Its fascinating workings can be admired through the transparent case-back.
The movement brings to life an array of useful functions, presented on a brown, matt black or silver dial. The face of the new Omega De Ville Co-Axial Chronoscope watch is completed with applied hour-markers, Arabic numerals, thin seconds hand as well as central hour and minute hands, highlighted by luminous substance.
The continuous seconds tick away in a counter at 9 o’clock. The chronograph functions are also assured through a 30-minute sub-dial at 3 o’clock, a retrograde 12-hour counter with a double arc at 6 o’clock as well as a central seconds hand with a red-painted tip. The date exhibition window, which indicates the current, preceding and following date, is found between 10 and 11 o’clock.
The new Omega watch is mounted on a strap in brown calfskin or black alligator leather. Alternatively, it can be teamed with a stainless steel bracelet.
