Harry Winston Presents Ocean Lady Biretro Watch

Aug 07, 2010
The illustrious watchmaking house Harry Winston has decorated ladies’ wrists with its inviting Ocean Lady Biretro watch. Extremely feminine, this timepiece offers as much in the way of technical surprise as it does in the way of visual excitement. An original marriage of refined watchmaking and jewelry art, it transmits the spirit and philosophy of Harry Winston: “Rare diamonds & Rare movements”.

The charming Harry Winston watch is designed around a mechanical movement, equipped with a GP3106 automatic winding mechanism. It incorporates a skeleton rotor, sculptured in 18K pink gold.

This reliable movement drives hours, minutes and seconds indications. Additionally, it animates the functions of day and big date.

The entire mechanism is enclosed in a 36 mm case, crafted from white gold. It is highlighted by the sparkle of 90 white diamonds, with the total weight of 2.44 carats. On its front, the case is armed with a sapphire crystal, treated with anti-reflective coating on both sides. The back side of the watch is also endowed with a glare-proofed sapphire crystal. The lady’s watch is capable of withstanding water pressures down to 100 meters.

The case of the Ocean Lady Biretro watch is enhanced by a slightly grey-tinted mother-of-pearl dial. It comprises white gold arches, artfully paved with jewels, as well as engine-turned counters. The display also reveals white gold appliques, studded with 96 white diamonds. Their overall weight totals to 0.32 carats. The hours and minutes are displayed in an off-centered counter, located at 12 o’clock. The retrograde seconds and days indications are offered at 8 o'clock and 4 o'clock correspondingly. The oversized day is presented in an exhibition window at 6 o’clock.

The marvelous Harry Winston Ocean Lady Biretro watch is teamed with a pearly white leather strap.

The customers are also offered another version of this remarkable model. With its character cast in a sportive style, this jewel-set interpretation boasts a satin-finished silver dial. Keeping it secured to the wearer’s wrist is a rubber strap.

Irresistibly beautiful outside and equally precise inside, the lady’s watch will meet the highest expectations of discerning contemporary woman.
