In 2010, the house of Badollet has released an appealing chronograph watch, as a part of its Observatoire 1872 collection.
Strictly limited to just 5 pieces, the new Badollet watch features a yellow gold case, 44 mm in diameter. Its thickness is equal to 14 mm. The case sports a massive winding crown, located at 3 o’clock. The model is built to be water-resistant up to 30 meters.
The case encloses an eminently readable dial, performed in white. It serves a perfect background for the oversized black-painted Arabic numerals. The minute graduation, also performed in black, is arrayed on the extremity of the dial. Sweeping smoothly over them are exquisite hour and minutes hands.
The display of the new Observatoire 1872 chronograph watch also comprises two chronograph counters, located at 10 and 2 o’clock. The special attention getter of the dial is surely a fascinating tourbillon mechanism, presented at 6 o’clock. The brand’s logo is found at 9 o’clock.
Giving life to the functions mentioned is a manual-winding mechanical movement, adorned with Haute Horlogerie finish. It provides a respectable power reserve of 120 hours.
A leather strap, finalized by a folding buckle, completes the features of the new Badollet watch.
