The issue of the new Catorex unisex wrist watch is strictly limited to 399 pieces. Its square-shaped case, which is 9.60 mm thick and has 42 mm in diameter, is crafted from stainless steel 316L. It is topped by a bezel, which is exactly what attracts attention. Extremely alluring, this element is enhanced by the subtle interplay 80 VVS1 diamonds.
The architecture of the New London wrist watch incorporates a high quality sapphire crystal, curved on top and flat on back. The case is equipped with two winding crowns, located on its right side. The model is built to be water-resistant up to 3 atm.
Enclosed in the case is an elegant dial. Light-toned, it is completed with black artistically designed hour-markers. They alternate with Roman numerals, elongated on the left side of the display. Its upper section, meanwhile, proudly reveals the brand’s logo.
The dial allows hours and minutes to be displayed at a glance, for two time-zones. The counters, presented at 2 and 8 o’clock, are endowed with discreet central hands. The originality of these displays lie in their skeletonized structure.
The latter reveals fascinating details of 2 hand-wound mechanical Unitas 6565 movements. Initially created in the 1960s, these skeletonized mechanisms are engraved and circular-grained on top. Their back sides, meanwhile, are embellished with Cotes de Geneve patterns.
The New London wrist watch is mounted on a genuine Louisiana alligator, python or genuine Nile Snake leather straps. Each item terminates in a stainless steel deployment buckle.
The brand generously offers seven variations of the model mentioned. The interpretations mainly differ in the embellishment of their steel cases, the decorations or colors of their movements, their dials and straps, produced from various leathers.
The New London pocket watch is executed in three variations - each, distinguished by a special finish. This model is just as well equipped with a dual time zone function. Setting it apart from the timepiece described above is the location of the displays: one is positioned on the face of the timepiece, while the other is featured on its back.
Also offered in limited series of 399 items, the new Catorex pocket watch is powered by 2 hand-wound mechanical Unitas 6565 movements. Originally introduced in the 1960s, the calibers are visible through the open-worked displays. Skeletonized, engraved and circular-grained on top, the movements are also graced with Cotes de Geneve finish on their back sides.
The mechanisms seat comfortably in 42 mm case, sculptured from stainless steel 316L. Its thickness is equal to 11.24 mm. The case is armed with 2 mineral crystals, curved on top and back. It is fitted with two winding crowns, nestled at 2 and 8 o’clock. The water-resistance of this timepiece is ensured down to 3 atm.
