Marvelous horological creations from the famous house of Bertolucci are encouraged by the culture and lifestyle of Tuscany, a region where the air is saturated with creativity and elegance. With every collection issued, the brand invites its faithful admirers to travel to the Italian Riviera and enjoy the beauty of Italian women, magical colors and fragrances as well as softness of silky pebbles rounded by the relentless sea.

Now, the brand takes great pride in announcing its new Giro watches, reserved both for men and women. Also inspired by the sunny Italian coast, these novelties benefit from Swiss cutting-edge technology and materials. Designed in the company’s signature Casual Chic style, the new Bertolucci watches exude supreme elegance and classical simplicity.

The Giro watch, reference 1144.51.41.11PE.101, is dressed in a graceful stainless steel case. It features alternated fine-brushed and polished surface. Round in shape, the case measures 42.20 mm in diameter. Its thickness, meanwhile, is equal to 11.60 mm. The case is fitted with the time and date setting crown positioned at 3 o’clock. The water-resistance of this exclusive timepiece is down to 50 meters.

On the front side, the case proudly exposes a sapphire crystal treated with anti-reflective coating. The same material is used for the skeleton case-back, which provides a fascinating insight into a Swiss-made mechanical self-winding movement - ETA 11½ 2824-2.

This reliable mechanism offers a 38-hour power reserve and brings to life the basic functions of hours, minutes and seconds, complimented by that of date.

The functions mentioned are indicated on a seductive white silvered opalin dial embellished with an off-centered sunray motif. The display exhibits a centre metallic ornamental ring, equipped with two oversized Arabic numerals and the fine-brushed rhodium-finished tag plate secured by four polished screws. These elements are joined by eight polished, rhodium-plated small Arabic numerals.

Moreover, the dial features the polished, rhodium-plated Bertolucci “B” applied at 12 o’clock, the inscription “Automatic”, printed in black on the tag plate at 6 o’clock, as well as the date exhibition window, also positioned at 6 o’clock. The progression of hours and minutes is marked by leaf-shaped polished, rhodium-finished hands, highlighted with Superluminova for unequalled nocturnal reading. Pointing to the seconds is a Baton-style polished, rhodium plated hand.

The Bertolucci watch is accompanied by a black punched calf leather strap. It is enhanced with a triple folding clasp crafted from stainless steel.

The novel Giro watch, reference 1194.51.41.11PE.101, employs a breathtaking round-shaped case, manufactured from stainless steel. It is 14.90 mm thick and boasts a diameter of 42.20 mm. The case demonstrates alternated fine-brushed and polished finish. It is endowed with a time-setting crown positioned at 3 o’clock. The case also features a start/stop push-button, located at 2 o’clock. The reset push-button can be found at 4 o’clock. This watch is submersible to 50 meters.

On the front side, this timekeeper is shielded by an anti-glare sapphire crystal. The skeleton case-back is fitted with the same glass, which shows off the captivating details of a Swiss-made mechanical self-winding movement - calibre ETA 13¼ 7753. The power reserve, provided by this mechanism, constitutes 48 hours.

This movement serves to display hours, minutes and seconds. Additionally, it provides chronograph functions as well as that of indicating the date.

This horological masterpiece is enhanced by a white silvered opalin dial, embellished with the off-centred sunray pattern. It exposes a centre metallic ornamental ring, embracing three fine-brushed sub-dials: the small second counters, nestled at 3 and 9 o’clock, as well as the 30-minute chronograph, placed at 6 o’clock. The small seconds counters are equipped with leaf-shaped polished, rhodium-plated hands, treated with Superluminova compound. The counter hand at 6 o’clock gives way to the turning disc, which serves to indicate the hours of the time kept.

These sub-dials are joined by the tag plate, which presents the inscription “Automatic”, printed in black. The polished, rhodium-plated Bertolucci “B” resides at 12 o’clock. The date indication is offered in an aperture at 4.30.

The display is also completed with four polished, rhodium-finished dot indexes and four Arabic numerals. Traveling over them are leaf-shaped polished, rhodium-plated hour and minute hands, tipped with a coat of Superluminova. The seconds are indicated by means of a polished, rhodium-plated Baton-style hand.

The new Bertolucci watch is teamed with a black punched calf leather strap, closed with a stainless steel triple folding clasp.

The new Bertolucci Giro watches embody the technical and aesthetic qualities, which will appeal to the audience in search for functional elegance.
