Now, the brand is proud to provide a true delight to collectors: a model, which equally demonstrates the mechanical excellence and the enviable degree of creativity.

Encouraged by the spectacular pocked and crated surface of the moon, the Romain Jeromes major specialists gave birth to this remarkable series, which gets to the front of the grid due to its unique character.

The Romain Jerome Moon Dust-DNA Steel Mood Silver watch demonstrates a case, rendered in finely polished stainless steel and assembled with a convex sapphire crystal. The watch is fitted with a bezel, manufactured from tiny elements of Apollo XI spacecraft and fragments of carbon fiber.

This model, reviewed by, is accompanied by a strap, which is partially produced from the materials, extracted from an ISS spacesuit. The strap is joined to the case by means of exceptional lug pieces secured by the star screws, which definitely represent a hallmark of a Romain Jerome timekeeper.

The particular highlight of the Moon Dust-DNA Steel Mood Silver watch is its dial. Performed of the mineral compound, containing true sections of lunar material, it successfully duplicates the moons landscape.

The Romain Jerome logo nestles among the black and grey craters and rifts, at 12 oclock position. Suggestive of the original moon landing target, the metal structure, located at 9 oclock, serves to indicate the small seconds. Echoing the sun sensors on some of the moon crafts, the dial hours and minute hands are another prominent feature, enthusiasts of the space exploration will not let go by unnoticed.

The Romain Jerome Moon Dust-DNA Steel Mood Silver watch is powered by the automatic mechanical Calibre C22RJ51 movement, executed by the specialized company of Concepto. The movement features a smooth balance wheel, moving back and forth at 28,800 vibrations per hour. The watch offers a respectable 42-hour power reserve. It is water resistant to 50 meters.

In commemoration of mans historic landing on the moon, the Romain Jerome brand will issue this watch as a limited series of 1,969 units. There has also been unveiled the Moon-Dust DNA "Gold Mood Black" watch, sculptured in pink gold. The number of the pieces to be proposed will be the same.
