Montblanc Haute Joaillerie White Nights Watch - Inspired by Unique Natural Phenomenon

Sep 05, 2011
Montblanc has delivered its novel Haute Joaillerie White Nights watch - a newcomer to the Collection Villeret 1858. The inspiration behind the model is a unique natural phenomenon that can be observed every June in St Petersburg, when the sun never sets and changes the color of the night from dark to light.

The new Montblanc watch comes packaged in a round-shaped case, which exudes elegance and tenderness. It is highlighted by the sparkle of numerous diamonds. The bezel boasts 160 diamonds. The crown at 3 oclock is embellished with 38 diamonds. The cap of the crown features a Montblanc diamond, shaped like a star.

Housed in the case is a white dial, graced with 208 small diamonds. It comprises two overlapped displays. Equipped with Roman numerals, the larger one indicates hours and minutes. The second counter is in charge of small seconds.

The new Montblanc Haute Joaillerie White Nights watch accommodates a manually-wound movement, created in the spirit of respect for the best Swiss watchmaking traditions at Montblancs manufacture in Villeret.

A white leather strap completes the refined appearance of the new Montblanc watch.
