TAG Heuer Monaco Vintage Watch - Classicism and Modernity

Aug 07, 2010
The renowned horological company TAG Heuer has a long tradition of technological innovation in ultra-precise timepieces, including stopwatches and water-resistant watches.

Founded in 1860 by Edouard Heuer, the brand introduced into the challenging watchmaking world the 1/10th second time measurement and the fly-back mechanism. Besides, the company has always willingly pledged its support to the Olympic Games, FIS Ski World Cup, FIA Formula 1 World Championship and other international sporting events.

The TAG Heuer mind-blowing Monaco Vintage watch has been inspired by the spirit of motor racing. A subtle meeting of classicism and modernity, it is available with a stainless steel case with alternating satin and polished finishes. The case also features rectangular-shaped buttons, located at 2 and 4 oclock. The TAG Heuer watch is 30-meter water-resistant.

The technical perfection of the timepiece is ensured by a manufactory-made self-winding movement - Caliber 17 (ETA 2894/2). It brings to life the basic indications of hours, minutes and seconds. Moreover, it animates the functions of simple and additional chronometers as well as that of date.

The TAG Heuer Monaco Vintage watch is adorned with a three-colored dial, protected by the Plexiglas crystal. The display proudly reveals hand-added appliques. Set within the dial are 12-hour, 30-minute and 60-second counters. Taking care of hours and minutes are polished nickel-plated hands.

The final note of harmony is added by a blue alligator leather strap, closed with a folding clasp.
