The new Mido watch is proposed with a 316L stainless steel case, which measures 42 mm in diameter. Both front and backsides of the appealing watch are fitted with top-quality sapphire crystals. The screw-in case-back features an engraved series number. The case construction is 100-meter water-resistance.
At 3 o’clock, it reveals an easy-to-grip screw-locked winding crown. It is done in pink PVD-coated stainless steel. The same material is used for the bezel, which forms a delicate frame around a silver-toned dial.
The display of the new Mido Multifort Bicolor watch comprises stick-shaped two-tone indexes, which alternate with dot-shaped hour-markers, dressed in black. It whispers the time through hours and minutes, indicated by means of centralized bicolor hands. The slim black hand is in charge of seconds. The indexes and hands are highlighted with black Superluminova, which ensures high-level night-time visibility.
The date and day indications appear in the exhibition window at 3 o’clock. The brand’s name allied with the word “Automatic” is featured beneath the hour-marker at 12 o’clock. It is counterweighted by the collection’s name, presented at 6 o’clock.
The timepiece is constructed around a self-winding ETA Calibre 2836-2 movement, decorated with 25 jewels. It runs at the rate of 28,800 vibrations per hour and stores enough power to animate the watch during 40 hours.
The model is coupled with a 316L stainless steel bracelet. It boasts eye-catching elements, done in pink gold-toned PVD. Extremely refined, the new Mido watch sets ideal balance between aesthetic appeal and functional reliability.
