Harry Winston Midnight Chrono Tourbillon Watch - New Haute Horlogerie Piece

Sep 13, 2010
The Harry Winston Midnight Collection welcomes a new complicated member - the Midnight Chrono Tourbillon watch.

The Harry Winston Midnight Chrono Tourbillon watch boasts a sleek and sophisticated construction. The dial has a special hollowed window framed by a gold ring that allows one to admire the tourbillon in motion. The sapphire crystal tourbillon bridge is extremely slender, a real technical challenge. It strikes by its transparency and offers a clear view of the supreme mechanism.

The layout of the dial is created in traditional Harry Winston style. You will see off-centered hours and minutes. The hour-markers are positioned around the 12 and 6 oclock numerals by ellipse, with the dial acquiring more depth.

The dial demonstrates an appealing combination of colors, including the shades of dark grey, black, white, and sky blue. For enhanced readability, the chronograph minutes counter and seconds hand are presented in deep blue, a distinctive shade of the brand.

The case of the new Harry Winston watch is crafted in rose or white gold and measures 44 mm in diameter. It features the brands signature arches, melting into the slender bezel. The remarkable lightness of the case construction is enhanced by hollowed chronograph pushers and streamlined lugs. The timepiece is 50-meter water-resistant.

The mechanical self-winding movement is visible via the transparent case-back. The mechanism provides a 72-hour power reserve.

The Harry Winston Midnight Chrono Tourbillon watch embraces the wrist with a black alligator strap.

The Haute Horlogerie piece will be available in a limited number of 50 pieces for every material.
