H. Moser Presents Mayu Marrone Watch at Baselworld 2010

The Mayu family, manufactured by H. Moser, has been recently joined by a new elegant member. The remarkable Mayu Marrone watch has been presented at Baselworld 2010.

Distinguished by Mediterranean stylishness and impeccable understatement, this novelty has been created in two enchanting variations. The aesthetic appeal of both interpretations lies in their alluring dials.

The first version of the new H. Moser watch demonstrates a shimmering maroon dial adorned with a specially ground finish. The color of the face pairs perfectly with the warm, golden tone of the rose gold case. The white gold interpretation, meanwhile, artfully plays with color contrasts: a shining white gold case marries marvelously with a dial performed in a distinctly dark brown tone.

The display features applique indices for the hours that are diamond-polished and presented in the same color as the case. Traveling over them are white hands, which boast a 3-dimensional appearance, inherent to the brand.

The distinctive flair of the extraordinary Mayu Marrone watch is represented by the pocket watch-style seconds hand in a sub-dial, an element rarely introduced in the structure of wristwatches.

The new extremely attractive H. Moser watch is designed around the manufactory-made manually-wound movement - Cal. HMC321.503, which has a diameter of 32 mm. It offers a respectable power reserve of 80 hours. The power reserve indicator, which displays the remaining power of the spring barrel, is located on the backside of the movement and can be seen through the sapphire glass window in the case back. The movement is also equipped with a Moser tooth system, which ensures high efficiency in the entire wheel train.

With all the useful components integrated, the novel watch is just 9.3 mm thin. The case of the watch measures 38.8 mm in diameter. It is the right size to meet the tastes of discerning customers worldwide. The three-part case is clearly identifiable by virtue of the brands signature case flanks, known as freely formed lateral surfaces.

The case of the H. Moser watch is also equipped with a crown, which features a stylized letter M. Besides, it demonstrates satin-finished and polished case surfaces, which harmonize perfectly and ensure the ultimate elegance of design.

The new H. Moser Mayu Marrone watch is presented on a crocodile leather strap fitted with a folding clasp in the same material as the case.
