March LA.B AM 1 Watch - Masculine and Elegant

Jan 18, 2011
The young horological company March LA.B is happy to take the wraps off its inviting AM 1 mens watch. According to Jerome Jacques Marie Mage, a co-founder of the brand, the remarkable model mirrors his lifelong passion for the American muscle cars, especially the Mustang.

Masculine and elegant, the new March LA.B watch is available with a PVD-treated gold case, enjoyable in shape. It measures 37 mm in diameter. The case impresses the audience with its clever design and high quality of materials, employed in its manufacturing.

The timepiece is fitted with a massive winding crown, positioned at 4 oclock. The crown captures attention with its textured surface and green logo inlay. The top of the case is armed with a domed sapphire-coated mineral crystal. Its back side, meanwhile, is artfully engraved. The case construction is 100-meter water-resistant.

The new AM 1 watch is designed around a Swiss-made Ronda 517 quartz movement. It brings to life a set of useful functions, presented on a silver dial. The latter sports a standard three-hand layout and is capable of displaying a current day and date.

Indicating hours and minutes are impressive fork-shaped hands, dressed in black. They are kept company by a slim seconds hand, performed in the same color. The hands circulate serenely over applied indexes.

The day and date indications appear in a large exhibition window, arranged at 3 oclock. It is counterweighted by the brands logo, featured at 9 oclock.

The new March LA.B watch is accompanied by a leather strap, closed with a clasp. Its case will also look stunning, if joined to a steel bracelet. The model described is delivered in a travel pouch with a green velvet lining.
