The elegant tonneau-shaped case of the Vacheron Constantin watch, 39.60 x 50mm, is sculptured in 18K white gold. The case is paved with 270 baguette-cut diamonds, with a total weight of 12.25 carats. The diamonds completely hide the underlying white gold case from the eye.

The 18K white gold dial of the timepiece
is equally breath-taking. It is paved with 261 baguette diamonds, with a total weight of 5.63 carat. The white gold crown is also adorned with four baguette diamonds. Connoisseurs of the art of Haute Horlogerie will certainly admire the beauty of the tourbillon cage, revolving in its dial aperture once per minute, and showing the signature Maltese Cross, the symbol of the brand. The tourbillon cage displays the small seconds.
The dial displays the regulator hours at 12 o'clock, with the minutes presented at the center, being indicated by sword hands in black oxidized gold.
The Vacheron Constantin Malte Tourbillon Regulator invisible setting watch accommodates the hand-wound 1795R caliber, visible through a transparent sapphire crystal case-back. The completely finished-by-hand movement has been designed and manufactured in-house.
The movement boasts exquisite finishing – it is embellished by Cotes-de-Geneve patterns on bridges, fine chamfering on edges, and beveled or finely polished screws and jewel sinks. The movement, with a balance frequency of 18,000 vibrations per hour, gives an advantage of a 40-hour power reserve.
The Vacheron Constantin Malte Tourbillon Regulator invisible setting watch is presented on a hand-stitched alligator leather strap fitted with a folding clasp in 18K white gold adorned with 30 more baguette-cut diamonds. The timepiece is 30-meter water-resistant.
