Reliable Chrono from Lum-Tec

Oct 12, 2009
The watch company Lum-Tec has released its new Bull 45 Chronograph watch. Sculptured in 316L stainless steel, the model case measures 45mm in diameter and features a black PVD-treatment, which assures a high level of sturdiness.

The distinctive flair of the chronograph in question is its bullhead design: it implies that the crown and the chronograph pushers are placed on the case top. When compared to the conventional side-mounted elements of the kind, such a construction happens to be more complicated in terms of handling. Located at this position, however, the crown and the pushers donít poke into the wearerís wrist.

The dial demonstrates an instrument style array. The watch front side is fitted with a thick sapphire crystal, which features an anti-reflective treatment on both sides. The watch provides effortless time-reading, no matter how much light is available. The AR coating eliminates glare in bright conditions, whereas an 8-layer MDV LUM-TEC GX luminous compound ensures the robust low-light visibility.

This model is animated by the Japanese quartz OS10 chronograph movement. "ETA" and "Soprod" mechanical movements are also employed in the manufacture of the brandís certain models. The watch offers functions of 11 hours, 59 minutes and 59 seconds.

The Bull 45 Chronograph watch, reviewed by, is accompanied by the high quality rubber strap finished with the brandís proprietary PVD buckle. The model boasts 100-meter water-resistance.
