Chopard has stunned the horological world by the presentation of its incredible L.U.C XP Tonneau watch. Giving life to the functions mentioned is a mechanical automatic L.U.C Calibre 3.97 movement, officially certified as a chronometer by the COSC. Set with 29 jewels, this mechanism operates at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour.
With its thickness equal to 3.30 mm, the manufactory-made Calibre 3.97 incorporates an off-centered micro-rotor and a double barrel, which uses Chopard Twin technology as its base. The last-mentioned element works to deliver a stable power for autonomy of more than 65 hours.
The marvelous watch is secured to the wearer’s wrist on a hand-sewn black or brown alligator leather strap. It is finalized by a pin buckle, rendered in 18-carat white or rose gold.
