Chopard presents its new L.U.C XP Skeletec watch animated by an ultra-thin skeletonised movement, the first skeletonised calibre created by the Manufacture. The Chopard novelty will be available in a limited number of 288 pieces.

The mechanical self-winding heart of the timepiece is L.U.C Calibre 96.17-S, a fine union of technical sophistication and elegance. It boasts extreme slenderness it is 3.3 mm thick.

Operating at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour, the movement provides a 65-hour power reserve. It incorporates the brands patented Twin technology based on two coaxial barrels. The mainplate and bridges are meticulously openworked you can admire the inner workings of the movement. The mainplate is embellished with Cotes de Geneve on the dial side. As for the bridges, they are rhodium-plated black, creating a distinctive contrast with the gilded gear wheels that you can see on the dial side and via the transparent case-back.

The nickel-plated sunburst satin-brushed dial creates a ring between the case and the skeletonised movement. It provides supreme time-readability. The case, 39.5 mm in diameter, is rendered in 18K rose gold. The time is indicated by gilded Dauphine-type hands. The glareproofed sapphire crystal features the inscription L.U.Chopard.

The Chopard L.U.C XP Skeletec watch is presented on an alligator leather strap fitted with an 18K rose gold pin buckle.
