New Wenger LED Nomad Watch

Feb 08, 2010
Although the new Wenger LED Nomad watch provides a multitude of digital and analogue functions, its strikes the eye with its subtlety and austerity. Its avant-garde design takes this dynamic watch to absolutely new heights.

The appealing LED Nomad watch is equipped with four push-pieces for the digital functions of the watch. The first one is meant for displaying the central LED digital compass bearing and the arrow appearing under the brands cross logo; the second is reserved for the day of the week, the third is intended for the date and month and the fourth is created for showing the digital time in hours, minutes and seconds.

The Wenger watch relies on a quartz movement. It serves to indicate hours, minutes and seconds. Additionally, it incorporates the digital functions of showing compass, day, date/month, as well as a supplementary hour, minutes and seconds display.

The entire mechanism is enclosed in a 43 mm case, crafted from 316L stainless steel. It is outfitted with a black PVD-treated bezel, which presents the digital functions in red. Protecting the watch case on its front side is a mineral glass, which ensures avoiding the risk of scratching.

The timepiece provides 100-meter water-resistance.

The intriguing dial, performed in black, is completed with a white analogue display and a red LED digital display.

The Wenger LED Nomad watch, reviewed by Watches.InfoNIAC.com, is accompanied by a red-stitched black silicone strap or a stainless steel bracelet.
